Customer service is crucial for any business. Customers opinions and first sense after providing a specific service to them is a free promotion to the public. Customers should always be happy with our services. This includes giving the right product , drug, service to the correct patient in a meanly time . I appraise excellence in customer service as thats what I was trained to do at Walmart!
