What is the best way to calculate the target ?

in short way :

how to cover fixed costs and variable expensesavoiding credit sales to escape any risk.

I will calculate my expenses on sales person and available fund with me.

secondly I will calculate my total income from all sources (sale person).

Then I will analyse my strength to sale per day or weekly basis and finally I'll set my target as per period m having with me.
