To gain weight is to increase your calorie level and add your food with fat like cheese. Change your eating habit. Eat food with rich in protein like lean meat, dried fruits, nuts, grains like white rice, and potatoes. These food can help to increase your weight.
Increase you food intake especially protein and increase your physical activity so the protein will help build muscle as muscle is heavier than fat in appearance. so you will gain weight but won't add cloth size if thats not your goal.
Increase the number of meals during the day and use exercises that develop muscle mass
