How to Avoid Workplace Violence ?

Appropriate prevention and reparation policies should be adopted, Clear code of conduct like zero tolerance with respect to moral harassment and other types of workplace violence should be defined.Special attention towards promotion of harmonious relationship towards the work team.Despite the preventive measures, if still violence occurs then, the immediate investigation  should be done and proper action against aggressor must be taken and further,  the existing preventive measures should be strengthened.
