Building a strong relationship with customers is definitely something that will help you keep them. In order to do so, you need to atract them first. If you stick with quality products and services, it will always find it's way to customers. In today's world where social media is basically taking over the whole world, people should take advantage of it, and advertise their products and services through it, so it can easily attract the interest of the potential customers.

Once they recognize your products and get to you, you should award them with some bounuses, and extra gifts that will show your appreciation to their interest in your products.

Some future discounts to customers that come back to your products will definitelly increase your chances of retaining your customers, and that's when you start getting to know them better, and bulding a strong relationship with them.
