But my personal opinion is when you are going to handle angry customer ( genuine or not genuine) try to handle them very carefully, because you cannot judge who is real customer & who is fake customer, sometimes they are government employees etc , try to handle them very carefully with your positive attitude, cool mind , give him full attention , and try to solve his problem ASAP.
