But these are some of the key differentiating characteristics of customer focused companies - the characteristics most likely to produce the beneficial company performance associated with high levels of market orientation. In other words, research has shown that companies with the above characteristics have significantly better long-term performance.
A customer-focused organization bases its operations around its relationships with clients / customers. E.g,
1- They ask customers for their feedback about company and its products/services.
2- They serve their customers at highest level.
3- They sacrifice short-term losses to keep long-term relationship with their customers.
4- They believe in making realistic promises with their customers and delivers same as they claim.
such companies basically focus on customer satisfaction and is just meant for that i.e any product i.e. goods, services and ideas which satisfy the need of customer so prime important thing is to satisfy customer need. Another thing product should be available easily to customer with less effort. Third thing is such company thinks about sales after services to their customer so as to satisfy these customers and revert to the company again. and so all.
