i can talk english, i can tel my suggestions when our supervisor ask our opinions, but i feel shy.
Don't worry this is the same for most non natives! My tip is you must understand you are speaking a second lanuage. Most employers will respect this. Try to talk amounst friends who you are confident with and they will accept that you are trying. I see this every day as a teacher and I always say practice, practice and practice. You learn by your mistakes. Please do not be shy. Be confident.
