Why would you be a good fit for our company as a customer service rep?

I could say that I will fit in your company as a customer service representative, it is because I am cheerful, organized, a good listener and adaptable. I always interact with my customers. Sometimes even tough you have given your best, there is always a customer that is not satisfied. So, you have to move on and start to another call as if, its your first call. That's how it is.
