A)
1)You should be very well verse with the life cycle of the company were you work, secondly their is no software which have inbuilt features which your company require at realtime work, if you have any software you have to customize it according to your need of daily work and realtime update.
2) If you don't have any software than i would suggest to work on "Microsoft Excel2007" or above.
Please keep Local and Overseas suppliers file seprately.
B)
To Coordinate with Production & Raw Material Stores.
You should have Yearly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily reports from both the departments always. And if you visit them on daily Basis it will be an add advantage.
Caution ! Never, Boss them.
