There’s a notable distinction between being busy and being productive. Being busy doesn’t necessarily mean you’re being productive. Being productive is less about time management and more on managing your energy. It is the business of life. We need to learn how to spend the least amount of energy to get the most benefits. In order to manage your daily huddle. I suggest using a Task Management Sheet where all your tasks are aligned with timelines & resources that are associated with those tasks. Using such a sheet, allows a manager to filter the nature of each task according to time lines and categories. With identification, a good professional is able to manage a reiterating tasks faster and make sure you throw the little details in front of each completed task. It depends on the nature of the work you need it done. Alongside the above mentioned list, you can use photoshop or illustrator if you want any help in designing ads and banners. PowerPoint is also of a great help if you have presentations you need to make during meetings.
Word, Exel, Outlook are MS Office and are most basic working tools and not programmes. SAP and MS Projects are some of the ERP Programmes that are useful in speeding your work and bring about efficiency and resources optimisation.
