هل لديك إحساس بأنك مظلوم في عملك وأنك لا تحصل على التقدير الملائم من المدير أو الشركة التي تعمل بها؟

I'm afraid most of those who work at least in the Middle East feel that way. It is a hard situation. They do need a job so badly, that is why they accept anything but then, they will start to complain. Some may say "why would someone accept a job offer that he/she is not really happy with?" the answer is: Life is so hard and tough.

I think the best way to fix this is to sit and talk with HR Dept and try to disucss clearly and honestly and hopefully, both parties can reach to a mutual agreement.
