What are the social benefits to office management with an arrangement of annual cultural program with all employees as well as their family members?

For better office management the bonding between the employees are required. The employee has bonding with their family member first then the office. When we arrange the annual cultural program wtih their family members then each employee introduced to the family members of other employee. Such thing helps employee to understand the other employee better and this bring the emotional connection between the employees. 

So at the end of the day such thing bring the bonding and enhance the team work, which certainly helps in office management.
