To start-up marketing with no budget is difficult but is not impossible , first of all put in your mind that you can make it happen because there are many ways to do so :)
Take your time in researching and planning:
Do market research to know the right people you are trying to sell (who they are and how you can reach them)
Get yourself and your product noticed:
Use network and start talking because no one knows who you are.
You can set up an email marketing strategy.
Talking: Talk about your product wherever and whenever you can. Leave a good impression –All your concern is not selling, but also building and improving the community.
Social skills: Being socially active will help you not only to talk about your product, but also to get other people to talk about it too. You can use business cards.
Media: make your product a good material to talk about and be available for comments and giving answers.
You have to be easy to find in search engines.

Hire multi-skilled staffs, go social networking, be your own PR, spread the word around your-friends and relatives and get references. That's all you can do effectively with no budget.

thank you for your invitation. from my point of view to start -up without Marketing budget , you should think of PR activities and cooperation with firms with the same audience but with different industry. and offer your services in their events and trade exhibitions.
Announcements by the representative of the product shall be published in places designated for this product directly and also through social networking sites
