Where you write for money and get published on websites, or you can publish your own e-zine, or a physical mini magazine.
If you're going for books, then you can try to get some money together and print it yourself, but that doesn't always do so well unless you create a strong fandom before print.
You can try by creating a campaign on a crowd funding website, where people will donate money to aid your cause. You will need to offer them rewards for helping you of course.
There are some independent publishers that would puslish your book, if it fits their criteria, as well as some places thay will publish it as an ebook for you.
