Prior experience in UAE is mandatory in most of the organizations. Conducting a high amount of job search would be required. Proactively contacting the employer/consultancy could be of benefit. A UAE driving license is almost like having a doctorate. Many of the sales related fields require the employee to travel, thus UAE driving license plays a major role. Also, trying other field for a startup for experience would not harm. As field switching is not considered bad in UAE
