I think Art is important in a child's life. I know that many may disagree with this, but Art promotes creativity and imagination as well as thinking skills and fine motor skills. I do not believe that Art is just coloring and painting. It is much more than that. Students should explore a wide range of art and discover what art is and build an appreciation for it.
Art is an imperative skill to lead a civilized life; no matter what type of it is. There are many aspects of Art and we have to inculcate at least one of these in the curriculum of children. Without having learned even a single Art the children become nothing more than a ROBOT.
It's very important, because it allow him to express feelings and thoughts, with or without words.

It is very important, as it shows helps them to expand their imagination and unleash the hidden abilities within them, encouraging them to use their minds and creativity more.
A few years a go I was of the opinion that art was not important however art is a form of medium that encourages children to draw, paint or mould anything as they see it and they use there imagination and creativity and therefore we need to encourage children from a young age to be innovative and creative because these are the skills we need in a work environment
