Organizational Politics in my opinion is the diplomacy and at certain times manipulative behavior that exists within the organizational structure which if not controlled can lead to biases and lack of transparency. It can also be the cause of employee disengagement and high employee turn over as certain employees will feel their skills are not acknowledged and their growth opportunities are restricted.
