How I can get a job if I don't have experience?

I think the best example would be the current startup revolutions. Not all of these firms are backed by experience but by pure passion and innovation. It is a core idea that drives them to fruition. Not only that but they also manage to convince other people to fund them for it. All the obstacles along the way are tackled as they come, which serves as nothing but experience for the future. Similarly, for seeking a job without experience or relevant experience, you need to be able to convince the person in front of you with regards to your clarity of though, your passion and finally your aptitude.
