Are language skills part of soft skills?

In order to have strong interpersonal skills you need to be able to communicate your messages in language that is understand able to everyone. Therefore yes I think you could categorize the language under soft skills as part of the interpersonal skills.

Soft skills and Body language skills both are part of interpersonal skills. 

Soft Skills are personal attributes that enable someone to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people. So we can say that language skills are functions of soft skills.

Yes, Language skills advance the quality of speech and rhythm of communication.

• Language skills are definitely part of Soft Skills because they form part of the basis of behavior and personal traits that makes an individual be able to relate with fellows beings.
• Relationships are forged through communication and for communication to be there sometimes it involves languages in as far as Humans are concerned.
• Most feelings are expressed through language (body language included)
• Convincing, persuasion, and changing of people's minds involves language

the language skills are so much important in the world of business

I don't think so because language doesn't describes our attitude, our personality our work
