I haven't studied in the Middle East so I wouldn't know but I think a lot of Univesities have started Mass Communication colleges with good faculty. You could also check out the Middle East campus of various Western Universities.
Well I don't know about the Middle East. However, the London School of Journalism is one of the best though I have not studied there. They offer distance learning courses in journalism.
