If the world spoke a single Language, would that have had an effect on Relationship Building?

I would say it just would bring relationships more easier , people would communicate much way easier , truly ,learning the language is very essential in this world we live today the globalization had made the whole world a small village beside languages i  but words and languages aren't the only path to communicate and exposure with community around us or even the world actually the basic instant acts reveals more about us even than we know about ourselves.
