Selling term life insurance would always be easy to sell following "need based approach". Its a common human psychology that we all have future financial goals for ourselves;  An insurance sales personnel is required to break-in the thought process by making client realize that what if things would not go as planned, what if some unfortunate happens - once client realize, nothing can stop an insurance personnel to sell the insurance.

 

Besides that an insurance personnel needs to understand that strong relationship and s provide regular contacts with client in his thick and thin would always provide opportunities to up-sell and cross sell products.
