What is the most difficult : - manage and control a team of young graduates or an old team of experienced ?

For young graduates, the team spirit is to be developed through several stages and it would take some time to have a full blown shape.Thereafter, it would require guidance for some time to have proper sustainable shape.

For experienced team, the team members  are already aware of the issue and it would be comparatively easier  to manage and control the team
