How much is the importance of the ethics in construction field?

In most of the organization, ethics is regarded as”the core value” of the employees. Meaning that, you must have it otherwise you are not fit for the job in this organization.

So, based on organizational value system, all employees shall practice  and maintain high ethical standard. 

if someone thinks that it is easy to do unethical practices in construction field, he may do so at his own risk. However, if proven, job is gone and you are blacklisted in the market- a big blow to career.
