Suppose i do not wish to apply for a job but wish to have an open interview to introduce myself. Is that possible?

Sure it is possible. But to make the interview as real you have to pose like real candidate seeking a job. when interview done if you are not selected you have nothing to lose. If selected congratulations you have potentials of candidate of that category and if not interested in job you can say some excuse and leave. Take interview a number of times with reputed companies to get good experience for facing interviews
