Does Telecommuting work in all work scenarios?

No, It doesn't work in all scenarios. It works up to some extent but con not be entirely. Because all type of work cannot be carried out remotely from houses or from out of office. Some scenarios need office and work environment also. Because environment plays a big role in employees productivity. If employees work in office environment they will be more attentive more productive and more competitive.
