Hello, what is the best way to manage a team of multi-language speaking persons?

So, building from this axiom, I think It is better to reinforce policies related to how an individual treats another. I think you know some nationals look down on other nationals because of race, religion etc. So, forbidding workers and employees from initiating conversations about race, religion etc would make a healthy work environment.
