I read that most of employers focus on employee working experiences rather than his educational professionalism subjects.
They are both at the same level of importance; You need education to learn basics and you need experience to practice your knowledge and learning. But in some circumstances and if you have an average level of education (undergraduate for example), your experience will be more important in the field you are working in. Let say you have years of accounting experience and you are applying for a CPA job, in this case your experience will be more in consideration.
Education is a never ending process. Experience is the most valuable.
Education: Except general degree or diploma, everyone should educate themselves or others to be updated on new things (new methods, technology, softwares and many more) that helps in their jobs and what you do on job called experience.
Experience: Experience is a broad term. If you talk about the job experience then we have to spend at least 5 years to understand an industry and your experience will start speaking the values.
Colleague, superiors and employer communications and relationship is the main part of experience, if mixed with attention to details can be great value for an individuals.
