What are the steps of action, if some important things were stolen from your workplace?

First of all I have to investigate myself by all the means then take the help with the staffs to avoid any mishappening, and involve the security person also.

If failed to find out then inform to the administration and higher authority and by their permission I have to inform the police and enforce the law of the land

The steps of work can be done as follows:

• Carefully prepaid inventory of a list of the stolen goods That
• Informing to the higher authority
• Informing local police / law enforcement and with the list to find out the things stolen
• Formation of committee for investigation That stolen things
• Propely Investigate the impact and findout the probable / actual thief.
• Take more security for Avoiding next probable theft.
