Strong customer relationship building follows steps

1. Identification of the needs of the customer

2. Confirming the needs identification by having a conversation with the customer

3. Presenting a general solution to the customer

4. If the customer is satisfied with the solution then make him happy with that solution

5. If the customer needs some changes then present him a customized solution.

6. After delivering service to the customer learn feedback from him.

2. Resolve customer issue and assure prompt service at every time

I think the best and long lasting way is to win their trust. The first step towards this is being honest to the customers and service them with honesty.

Dear Balamurugan,

Powerful relationships is very east and what you need is a plan to make those connections grow and work for you. And it's not as hard as you think. Here are five essential tactics:

1. Build your network--it's your sales lifeline.2. Communication is a contact sport, so do it early and often. 3. E-mail marketing keeps relationships strong on a shoestring budget.4. Reward loyal customers, and they'll reward you.5. Loyal customers are your best salespeople. Powerful relationships don't just happen from one-time meetings at networking events--you don't need another pocketful of random business cards to clutter your desk.

Regards,
