In the sense that if it's not possible to interact with the customer face through the traditional media, live chat is an alternative. Some ways yes it is , when you are looking to buy a product etc... their are a lot on helping, But certainly a no, when you have a billing issue, or discrepancy with something they always take overmins to resolve, and never happens
