I've finished my MSc in Project Management but I didn't get the chance to start my career as a project manager, what do I need to have of skills or experiences to start as a project manager?
Try to use the methods and tools of PM in your current position whenever applicable
This practice will give you the expeience, and by the right time you will have the chance
Soha,
During my experience working on many projects simultaneously. I would suggest that you start your career working as a project coordinator in order to gain experience. A project coordinator is the first person that a customer is interacting with during the project period.
Another option is to start your career as "Customer service unit coordinator". Obviously, being so is a very good start for you because you will interact directly with both Clint and service provider.
Good luck
Experience will fine tune your skills ,you have acquired scholastically. As a Project mangaer the challenges facing will be of various types, which can be handled easily with the experience you gain in the field.
So it will be usefull and accepatble to industry, a person with experience and knowledge to take the lead position so that project can be concluded successfully.
I think it would make sense to look at project management once you attain some experience however you could always start taking up initiatives which would value and benefit the organization your are part of. Key thing to keep in mind is, we are not in perfect world, so there are always oppurtunities around us do deliver something 'Extra'. Suggest delivering the extra required in your current role, highlight those aspects in the CV. Look for a better one. Also, if you would like to join any project management community or chapter that would as well help. So, it's an incremental step and keep pursuing options.
Good luck.

As per my experiance that you could start as a functional manager, like managing or supervising team or managing projects at home, for example coordinting for family trip and planning for it with implementing the project management processes. Moreover, working as a project coordinator or contributor would be a great choice.
The successfull project manager should have the right experiance and the skills. Remember always that80% of the project manager job is communication (according to the project management institute), therefore, focus on your communications skills (verbal, written, body language, presentation skills...)
Here is a nice link that would give you a good idea
You don't start your career has a project manager, I presume... and perhaps my reasoning could be wrong, but try to see things from the opposite corner and suppose that you have a project with a tight budget of100000 USD what kind of specific criteria would you have to choose the right person for the job. What kind of professional skills should the person have? At least technical skills, but should they rely on a specific field or pure science? And in terms of practical skills, can he/she handle the pressure, determine the options, influence? Would it even be worth having a project manager? What if the budget were to aboutUSD? Who would you rely on?
In conclusion you don't start your career as project manager, but you mature to become or, be appointed as, a project manager and perhaps even reach out to be a program manager if you're really good.
Career not come by education level only , but career come by both educational and experience level, so you should invest in project management career and practise for more years to get experienced.
Finally, i want to advise you that you may get chance or not , dont put yourself in one field but you should get experience in more than one field.
