Do you think giving your employees a time off for festive seasons is good for your organization? and how many days will you suggest?

If you don't give your employees time off for festivals you are a nasty, selfish person. 

Whether it's good or bad for the organisation doesn't matter.  (In many countries time off is a legal requirement.)

Sure,  strongly I believe employees time off for their festive season. 

Depends which kind of festive.  I usually consider  3-5 days off.
