Successful trainers must themselves be believers and doers of lifelong learning. They should be very observant of the learning needs of the members of the organization and adapt their methods and strategies to the organization's goals, economic and political influences, and current technologies. They should possess a vast arsenal of strategies and tools that would suit a wide-array of learner qualities, capabilities and backgrounds. Through the use of a combination of strategies, they should be able to facilitate and ensure optimal learning. Lastly, they should be able to balance the numbers with the qualitative results. Although costly but needed, they should be able to sustain the learning and monitor its effectiveness in the workplace.

Successful trainer should use the training tools, good interacting, and well experienced.
