now i am going to tell you some point , how to calibrate rotatory pump calibration in diesel engine
-Supply pressure . to0.3 bar
-first full load test by adjusting full load screw (standers.2 mm depth of screw)
-pump pressure adjustment0.5 mpa
-maximum speed adjustment by adjusting maximum speed (standers.8 mm depth of bolt)
-ideal speed adjustment by ideal stopper bolt (standers. mm depth of bolt)
-starting fuel delivery by adjusting stop lever screw (standers. mm depth of bolt)
-timing advance metering device (timing advance at fuel lever1 mm to1.5 mm)
bleed air from timing device
basic setting4 mm stroke advance atrpm
1.5 mm strike advance atrpm
confirm timing advance at various speed on calibration data
if it does not match then shims should be replaced
-load timing advancement approx2.5 mm
check all the calibration data from calibration book
