Describe briefly a time you delivered excellent customer service to a colleague or a client?

Doing your job each time you go to work can give a customer satisfaction but doing your job beyond everyone's expectation is one example of delivering excellent customer service and that is my everyday target while I am working.   having a good relationship with my colleagues and Being a good example to them is also an Achievement and Everyday I make my customer happy and satisfied and that an example of excellent customer service.
