simply that isnt true , the problem that the fresh graduates look in the wrong channel , as the HR recruiters look for fresh graduates in internship history or cooperation with universities or word of mouth , so the fresh graduate should start earlier by internships and expand search areas
Thanks for your invite. Every role has specific requirements to be able to perform that may include past experience. Therefore a fresher must apply for a job that does not require experience to avoid frustration.
Hiring requirements are based on the job roles/responsibilities that are listed in JOB Description; If the job description specifies requirement of some special set of skills, knowledge and competences experience counts here and has a weight; else a fresher can be hired and given special training session, on-the-job training, cross training by the employer or a recruiter. Beginner needs some time to adjust himself to fit in the work environment.
Thanks for the invite.According to me, Recruiters prefer experienced candidates because of the following reasons:
Experienced candidates need less training compared to freshers.
Experienced candidates already have knowledge about the business cycle, process, procedures and work. This will help the new Company to develop them further.
Different and new ideas can be brought by experienced candidate in the new Company which they found successful in previous organisation.
