8. Ease with technology. 

9. Intellectual curiosity. 

. Compatibility for both independent and team work.

Good Managers shoud be: Knowledgeable, Lead by example, Fair, Charistmatic and Inspirational

Financial Experts should be: Witty and obsessed with figures, Punctual and respects Deadlines, Rational and Strategical Thinker, Unbiased with no Fear to give his imparial opinion and Honest

Put both traits together and you will have an Avatar of a perfect Financial Manager

1)      High Integrity,2) high level of communication , analytical , forecasting , negotiation and man management skills,3) visionary with acumen for growth and value maximization4) domain knowledge with a certification or membership and5) well organized , sensible , dependable and well-timed,6) appetite for technology

Qualifications: Knowledge and awareness is more important than degree.

financial manager should have quality to maintain the financial system risk free,easy and rapid so far as raising of the funds and its withdrawal,payment and transfer are concerned.
