In general, almost all customers want lower prices with better quality.

 

But if we take a deeper look, customers wants a mix of all:

1. Reduced prices

2. Better quality

3. Demand for better Lead-time, especially that we are in an era whereas competitors are waiting their opportunity to snatch your customers and offer faster delivery periods.

4. Services are a must nowadays for all customers, taking the fact that almost all companies are providing at least one service along with every purchases; therefore it is no longer a secondary want, it has become a priority.

Price & quality may vary but service is required by all different type of customers.

 

In this day and age we have complex client’s market segments. Some people are obsessed about quality and exclusivity who are willing to pay more than what the product is worth so you and I can’t afford it. The commoners others, the price conscious customers who seeks best prices and hunting for bargains quality is not a key
