Intelligence depends on managers in two types . Intelligence positions in administration. And crises. And agility. And decision-making. And all of them are training them . In addition to the acquired positions of intelligence . In my career Investigation officer. It has to be the use of reason in attitudes
Human Intelligence bcoz sometimes at different situations humanity is required.
I also agree that both forms of intelligence are important. The difference will be where we are serving. For example, when a security professional serving in an advisory role, then then he/she doesn't need human intelligence, but when a security professional is serving as manager in a big setup then definitely he needs human intelligence as well as technical intelligence. Remember, in some of the countries, human intelligence (eye witnesses) and technical intelligence matters a lot and considered as a evidences in the court of law and in some countries these are not or have less importance. Human intelligence needs proper training of the operatives and other form need latest gadgets and technologies. In both cases, as head of the office you need to spend some money.
Both are reliable for security Managers ,it depend on the situation.human intelligence is information collected and provided by human sources (activities ,conversation,it can provide informantion on interpersonal relationships and networks of interest.
Technical Intelligence :is intelligence about use of weapons and security equipment by armed groups .
