I have friends who use animal but instead of asking them I checked the website myself. From what I read it seems Animal Test is geared more towards the androgenic side of things (testosterone boosting) while M-Stack seems to be more anabolic( nitrogen retention-protein synthesis-muscle growth etc) . They say you should cycle off Animal test for at least4 weeks and in that time use the M-stack to preserve gains made from the Animal test.
