What will you do if one employee in your team going mad on another employee and didn t respect company regulations?

The better way of resolving a conflict amomg two team member is through arbitration. An arbitator can reslove the conflict in a better sense when he/she is impartial & listing both one by one and then sourting a mid way that can convert a distractive conflict in a constractive conflict and go for betterment of team work.
