What is the complete process for export in dubai?

Prepare Invoice, Packing LIst, Certificate of Origins, get attested by local chamber of commerce, process Export Declaration, book container, take container release, hire transportation, load & gate container at port, Once laden is loaded your exports process is done, look for payment as per terms agreed with customer and on securing payment send docs to customer by courier. This is very precise procedure of Exports in dubai. 

1- You must have Trade License/Registration of company in Dubai.

2- An Export Customs code is mandatory for ED.

3- Grab customer, decide Inco Terms, on basis Generate A Commercial Invoice/Packing List and hand over to Freight Forwarder as he/she proceeds for cargo pick up.

3- For Certificate of Origin , You must have Chamber of Commerce's membership. Apply Online for Certificate of Origin. Pay a visit to get stamp Commercial Invoices/Packing List.

Above is just glance. As if Letter Of Credit Involves proceeding will be slight cautious. Also Inco Terms (International Commerce Terms like FOB/CNF/EX-Works) assign level of responsibilities/cost allocation between Exporter/Importer.  

First off, verify the details of the contract for the specific consignment such as destination, Inco terms, ship date deadline, commodity,  etc. with the sales team then get a release order for the required container.

Book the container, have a record of the manifest and custom papers

Prepare Packing List, Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate or other environmental documents if applicable, and have them attested by the Chamber of Trade or Commerce.

Once consignment is out of the port, send the Bill of Lading details to carrier or to forwarder, check and approve BL draft., collect OBL if customer did not opt for Seaway Bill or email release.

Then depending on the contract, send the documents to customer by email or courier for payment.

Coordinate with the Finance Department for the shipment value and payment.

Track the shipment from time to time until it reaches the final destination or the consignee's premises.

First of all finalize the deal with the customer, ( unit price, quantity, packing, mode of shipment, date of shipment, payments terms etc..)  After completion of contact/ LC / TT procedure, shipment is packed as per instruction or standards as decided, pre-booking is made with the shipping / air line.  Documents are prepared as per agreement/ LC and custom clearance is got from the customs authority, and after that  goods are handed over to shipping  / airlline.  Shipping documents are despatched to the customer alongwith Bill of lading / Airway Bill, ( invoice, packing list, certification of origin, mill test certificate, analysis certificate, examination certificate etc..)  In case of LC documents are submitted to bank for further processing, and in Advance payment case, documents are directly forwarded to customer.

For exporting cars in dubai ,we need to follow the few step:-

-Prepare Export Document from RTA.

-BOE- Bill of entry for shipping details .

-NOC -from the supplier

-Customer inspection certificate from respective Port of Discharge.

-Followed by Bill of Lading with all shipper and consignee details.

The exporter should have trade licence and they should registered with Dubai customs to export the goods

• Send quote according to the importer requirements
• Once it is mutually agreed, the importers bank will produce the LC with conditions already agreed
• Request DP world to release the  empty container for the purpose of export with the details like  type, size etc
• Nominate haulier to collect the empty container to warehouse to load the stuff
• Once it is loaded from the warehouse and once again the haulier will drop the loaded container in DP world 
• Parallely Submit export declaration with Invoice information
• Pay Dp world charges, Custom charges
• Request the Certificate of Origin from Dubai Chamber of Commerce
• Your Shipping agent will be given access to several online services to monitor your export container 
• Shipping agent will produce the BL to the  exporter usually after sailing
• Exporter will send BL, Invoice, Certificate of Origin and other required docs to importer  to clear the container from the customs

    Packing List - 1 Original and 2 copies (with Quantity, Net Weight, Gross Weight and Volume) 

    Certificate of Origin - 1 original (attested by Ministry) 

    If LC based shipment. You Should follow the required documents in LC

4. Bill of Lading / Airway Bill  with clear Description and mentioned Weight of Cargo 

Before shipping, check the Authorization Letter and Export permission for the goods. 

Import Logistics

1.Authorisation Letter for clearance agent

2. Original Invoice,packing list & Bill of Lading

3. Clearance of goods by submission of above documents online

4.Transport of goods to warehouse

An exporter holding valid export license would confirm a booking with shipping line. Obtain container release. Hire a transporter and obtain the container from port. Ensure stuffing of the cargo. Gate

in the container back to port and ensure export declaration is processed. Port documentation charges are settled. Provide loadlist to the shipping line prior vessel cut-off. Accordingly container gets loaded for destination.

* Company must have the Export License.

* Prepare shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing list, COO). Make sure that the packing list must be made according to the goods packed.

* Get the shipping documents attested by Chamber of commerce.

* Once the documents is ready, book the shipment (by Air, Sea, Road) to your consignee.

* Send one set of original shipment documents to your consignee to release the shipment.
