What are the necessary conditions for a student to be a good teacher or to avail the opportunity of a job?

If a student 's wish is to become a teacher he/she needs to build proper knowledge in both teaching methodologies and the science he love the most and wish to teach in. personality wise he/she must be patient, wise and respectful.
