IF you were a fresh graduated translator student , what is your first step in the job market ?

Taking freelance jobs as well as getting involved in translation workshops, courses and webinars.I would also recommend reading and watching various online material (video, audio and script)

If I were a fresh graduate translation student, I would start reading, reading and reading peoples' cultures and backgrounds before proceeding to an actual canned translation job!
