I think mind awareness comes first. How can somebody understant about a brand if his mind is not aware of the surroundings.
Mind awareness comes first. if you want to have long life and loyal customer's you have to aware people about your product or service that how can it benefit to them. the end results of the product and service for the customers. if you have awared the people about that. they will be your loyal customers and then about your brand people will automatcailly awared.
I think mind awarness is necessry to brand awarness. With out mently prepared ans satisfection never move any body to any barnd.
