I would recommend for the developing countries to adjust public expenditure over income, a country that has a high debt rate term may be insolvent to repay its public debt, we must devise capable structural reforms to create growth, debt creates growth initially as the capital of the debt will be used but as far as the debt increases, it could lead to a general asphyxiation of the economy including if growth depends on factors external resources (including economy that depends on exports)
