The rural development is entirely dependent on the expansion and promotion of basic economic and social infratstrucures. Road, irrigation schems, storage or warehousing facilities, rural electrification, communication technology are a few among mmany economically important rural infrastructures. On the top of this basic infrastructure that would have  social dimmension like education and health, domestic water supply are also  so essential to improve the quality of life in many rural  parts of the globe. Those infratstructures which are relevant to the first capegory will have vital contribution on improving the rural economy in terms of reducing cost of transaction for both industrial and agricultural products, stablizing agricultural commodity prices and enahcing mobility of commodity. The end result will be improving and ensuring rural income for the rural livelihoods. Howvere, the social basic services are also equally important in terms of sustaining rural development. Basic health services, universal education, water supply for domestic use have significant impact on the livelihood system of rural community.

البدء السريع في التأسيس للبنيات التحتيه الأساسيه كالمدارس والمستشفيات وقبل كل زالك متابعة الأسواق ومايحصل فيها وما يمكن أن يخرج كضرائب لتمويل هذه المشروعات .
