Yes, I think that nuclear energy has more advantages because the applications of nuclear energy not so much the field mulitra but there is also the medical field, the environment and research technology .....
It's a debatable question. advantages and disadvantages can be figured out either from real accidents and safety performance or from theoretical findings, that is considering best case scenarios and worst case scenarios. It's evident that aerospace and nuclear fields have a lot of safety concerns still they have a lot of advantages which can't be ignored. in a strict safety environment and under a competitive regulatory body nuclear energy has much more advantages than its disadvantages.
Hello Team,
Energy cannot be created nor be destroyed but it can be converted from one form to another. Nearly all the mass of the atom is concentrated in a tiny nucleus in the center. The nucleus is composed principally of two sorts of particles: the proton which carries the positive charge and the neutron which is electrically neutral and has a mass slightly bigger than that of proton. Nuclear energy is the energy released from the nucleus of an atom. When nuclear reaction occurs weather fission or fusion, it produces large amount of energy.

Saiyid
Hi,
The nuclear energy has two forms; energy derived from fission reactions and from fusion reactions. The disadvantage of the first one is radioactive wastes, but despite that it is the best energy source actually in some areas (ex: submarines a aircrafts carriers ) because in one hand the energy supply time interval rises significantly, in the second hand the energy cost decreases.
The disadvantage of the fusion reaction, is that physicist could´t control it, thus no fully successful fusion nuclear reactor is built until now.
NO, I don't think so provided that the nuclear power plant operator watched by a competent regulatory body.
Nuclear power plant is base load source as an alternative for coal fired power plants, hence, if a country is troubled by excessive green house gas or doesn't have enough natural sources such as coal, oil or gas, nuclear energy is a good option for energy diversification.
Every energy source option has its own drawbacks. Therefore a country must come up with their energy mix policy based on the natural resources, geopolitic, etc.
The question is much debated in France.Nuclear energyis very propore except that the radioactive waste problemis not yet solved.
Iti s interesting to compare the German approach (use of polluting fossil energy ) and French (nuclear waste problem)
Radiations Are hazardous for us..it act on bones, therefore the nuclear energy usage in this case is bad for out health
To be honest, in my own opinion, nuclear energy is such a practical method yet very hazardous, look what had happened to Chernobyl. One example of nuclear plant that was built but never ever fueled was the nuclear plant in Bataan, Philippines. It was criticized by the public due to potential threat to public health. But, we'll never know if we didn't try, right?
I totally agree especially with the increased safety factor nowadays. The disadvantages of nuclear energy now are minimum.
yes i think nuclear energy are very advantage same Heliom Three.
As of now, nuclear energy has been seen as an advantage ignoring all its consequences simply because of its minimal production cost and enormity of growing energy need. But I believe in the future this won't be the case.
